In the addition to quarterly meetings of the Board of Trustees, the Trust also convenes four sub-groups:

Strategy Committee

Remit:    To develop strategies and input into the corporate/business planning activities of the Trust, including the identification of project-related activity.

Fundraising Committee

Remit:    To undertake general fund-raising activities and bring additional resources into the Trust and to assist in specific funding proposals for project related matters.

Audit Committee

Remit:    To monitor business and management activity and scrutinise financial monitoring procedures and to assist in general financial matters, including reviewing investments.

Building, Places and People Committee

Remit:    To inform and guide key elements of the Trust's activities by discussing issues relating to architecture, place-making, community heritage, planning and technical matters.
