Do you have an innovative or energy efficient home that could
inspire others to go green? If so, the Energy Saving Trust wants to
hear from you.
Earlier this year, the Energy Saving Trust launched a
Scotland-wide Green Homes Network. The network, which is funded by
the Scottish Government, provides homeowners with the unique
opportunity to visit homes in their area that are shining examples
of the domestic renewables revolution. Homeowners can find out
first-hand how different renewables systems run in real homes and
hear about actual costs and savings.
The network already has 580 volunteers across Scotland and the
numbers are still growing. The Energy Saving Trust would like even
more eco enthusiasts to join the network and is on the look-out for
innovative eco homes, listed or historic buildings, tenements, and
businesses that demonstrate renewable or energy efficient
measures.
If your property falls into one of the above categories and you'd
be willing to share your experience with others, then please get in
touch with the Energy Saving Trust.
