The Scottish Civic Trust have updated and republished guidance on how to set up a local civic trust in your area.  It includes information on structures and committees, and offers practical advice on organisation issues.  Included is a draft copy of a relevant constitution, and it provides helpful links to covering issues such as charitable status.
