Scottish Civic Trust has an exciting opportunity for a Finance Manager.
We are looking for an enthusiastic and organised person to oversee the day-to-day running of finance, budgeting and forecasting.
The Role
This is a senior role, key to the effective operation of The Scottish Civic Trust which will oversee the day-to-day running of finance function with responsibility for all aspects of management accounting (including all necessary reconciliations), cash management, and budgeting and forecasting.
The successful candidate will provide support to the Director and Board on finance matters ensuring that information and advice is available to support strategic decision-making. The post will also play a key role in the development of sustainable funding for the organisation.
Applicants should be able to demonstrate experience and understanding of Charity Accounts, producing and reporting against budgets, having strong organisational skills and working with Xero as the software for accounts and payroll.
You will be required to work 17 hours per week, schedule to be agreed. You will work from our central Glasgow office.
The salary for the post is £30,500 pro-rata.
